FCPS-II Trainees, registered after May 20, 2011 at College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) for major specialties, or not registered at all, will only be eligible to apply. However, applicants for sub-specialty e.g. Neurology, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery are eligible to apply only if they have completed 2 years in Gen. Medicine / Gen. Surgery.

Application forms can be downloaded from the Dow University of Health Sciences website. Application forms should be submitted along with all required documents of eligibility to the UBL Baba-e-Urdu Road branch, Karachi, along with a pay order of Rs.1,500.
Last date for submission of application form is December 08, 2011.
Entrance Test will be held on December 20, 2011. Venue and time will be mentioned on admit card.
Candidates if government servants should apply through proper channel with an advance copy to the Admission Cell, Dow University of Health Sciences with NOC from the government. No TA/DA will be paid neither accommodation will be provided to any candidate.
The applications received after the last date will not be accepted. Applications submitted directly to the office of the Registrar will also not be accepted.
