Directorate of Staff Development has developed a Continuous Professional Development Programme for training and professional development of Public School Teachers in the Province of Punjab. For implementation of the Programme, Cluster Training & Support Centres (CTSCs) have been established in each district with one or more District Teacher Educators (DTEs) at each centre. The DTEs would be responsible for training, mentoring, professional development of Teachers and whole school improvement of the school attached with the clusters. Applications are invited from suitable candidates from amongst the SSTs,ESTs/PSTs, who are regular employees of the Education Department,Government of the Punjab for placement as District Teacher Educator, through transfer at the CTSCs already notified by Education Department in the following districts:

Every DTE will be appointed at a specified cluster centre on the basis of merit and his / her willingness.For female schools / clusters, preference would be given to female candidates. The post of DTE is cluster specific and is non-transferable. Maximum duration for the post of DTE is three years, which may be extended by DSD on satisfactory performance and no study leave will be allowed during this tenure. DSD, however, can repatriate a DTE to his/her parent department at any time on administrative grounds. Details of cluster centres can be obtained from the office of EDO (Education), DMO and DTSC head of the district concerned. Other details are as under:

Initial short-listing shall be made on the basis of NTS Test however final selection shall be made on the basis of candidate’s academic qualification and interview. Application form and Bank Challan will be available on NTS Website (www.nts.org.pk). Test venue, time & Roll Numbers will be intimated to candidates by NTS directly Test Fee of Rs 600/- can be deposited in any branch of UBL, MCB, or ABL on prescribed bank challan. Forms dully filled along with the bank challan (original slip) will be sent to NTS head office Islamabad. Incomplete form will not be entertained. Applications can be submitted by 15 November 2011. Provisional candidates list will be available on NTS website within 5 days after the deadline. Candidate may request for correction of his / her name, particulars through NTS website within 7 days after the display of provisional candidates list. Sample paper shall be available at NTS website. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview. Candidates shall present original documents, along with the set of attested photocopies of all relevant documents at the time of interview. No TA/DA shall be paid for test / interview. DSD reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

UET Lahore is the oldest Pakistani teaching institute for pure engineering sciences and received its charter as a University in the year 1961. Now one can access information about all pending cases/applications through LDA Info Call Center. An applicant is neither required to follow any official for completion of his job nor can any such official delay disposal of any application.




SECURITY FEATURED DOCUMENT


In order to safe precious properties of citizens from land mafia, first ever fool proof documentation system has been introduced in the history of LDA. To eliminate complaints like fake transfer letters or claims of more than one owner for some property, the ownership documents like transfer letter etc. shall henceforth be issued on security featured papers which contains security features like barcode, MCS fiber paper, manufacturing watermark with hologram and 3D images. This security paper carries a life of more than 100 years.

This paper is neither available in market nor can it be counterfeited. In Pakistan, only government printing press has the right to prepare and use such paper and it is almost impossible for land mafia to reproduce such documents. In LDA schemes, about ownership of plots, these are 13 different documents which an owner needs. In future all such documents shall be prepared and issued on this security paper, which includes their office copies as well, to ensure elimination of counterfeit at all levels. These papers carry such dedicated and secure features which make them impregnable for any counterfeit.

2. Passed Higher Secondary School Examination or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their major/compulsory subjects.

3. Obtained at least 65% marks or equivalent grade in the Secondary and the Higher Secondary School Examinations or in equivalent examinations.

4. Passed Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination in 2008 or 2009.

5. Students awaiting result for F.Sc examinations are not eligible to apply.

The Government of Bangladesh has offered 14-seats to the Pakistani students for admission for academic session 2012 in MBBS/BDS course in the government medical colleges of Bangladesh on self-finance basis. The selected students will pay tuition and other charges at the local rates, which are at par with rates for local students of Bangladesh.

The selection will be made on merit, and based on scores in NTS Test. Provincial/regional quota will be observed.

Founded in the year 2000, Khushhali Bank Limited was a part of the Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan's Poverty Reduction Strategy and its Microfinance Sector Development Program (MSDP). MSDP was developed with the facilitation of Asian Development Bank (ADB). With its headquarters based in Islamabad, Khushhali Bank Limited operates under the supervision of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and many central (commercial) banks are its shareholders. The mandate remains to retail microfinance services and to act as a catalyst in stabilizing the country's newly formed microfinance sector.
